The heads of alien

Companion Prints

JonEsy is the real protagonist of the movies. fight me.

Think about it. He’s the only one that not only survived, but had the cojones to face a Xeno and tell him where to stick the pointy end of his tail. They even got Ripley in the end, but Jones got to get back to Earth and being the hero he is, presumably got to have a lot of little hero kittens.

Other than hunting and stuffing a Xeno, this is the best way to start your Alien-related head collection. Besides, Ripley's portrait looks way better than a mannequin head with a wig, and buying this will avoid a lot of awkward conversations with your neighbour when they ask you if you've seen their cat.

I decided to make these 8x8 prints because I really think there’s a market for this kind of small-format pieces. Let’s face it: wall space is at a premium, and you can’t possibly stuff everything full of 24x36s. Small accent pieces such as these ones can work wonderfully as companions to larger prints and help break the monotony. This basic idea informed my decisions when I started thinking about doing a serialized collection of prints that ended up being the “Artifacts” series.
